Before the First Lesson + Clients Of Experiment One

It is a bracelet designed and made by me in high school (Year 12). It is made by pewter, proceeded by casting. This is the most satisfied design work I have ever done, since it looks simple and elegant in my opinion.

This is the Berlin Stock Exchange, which is also a great piece of architecture by Nicolas Grimshaw. The interior looks like a car engine and it fansinated me by having such a great design of a stock exchange centre. As the Grimshaw Architects' website has descripted, "A further condition was to achieve low energy consumption, low running costs and low levels of pollutant emissions." It makes me to think of designing as an architect is very demanding on the environment awareness.

This photograph was taken by me in Aberdeen, Hong Kong. It is one of the old residential buildings in an estate called Wa Fu Estate in Aberdeen that built 40 years ago. It has a large and deep well-like open area. However the Hong Kong government has planned to rebuild the whole Wa Fu Estate in Aberdeen because of its potential danger of collapsing.
